दस्तावेज़ अपलोड करें: अपनी फ़ोटोग्राफ़ और आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ों की स्पष्ट और पढ़ने योग्य स्कैन की गई प्रतियां अपलोड करें। ( Upload Documents: Upload clear and readable scanned copies of your photograph and the required documents.)
सत्यापन समय: आवेदन पत्र जमा करने के बाद, आपके ऑनलाइन फॉर्म को सत्यापित और स्वीकार करने में 3 कार्य दिवस लग सकते हैं। आप इस वेबसाइट पर अपने आवेदन पत्र में दिए गए मोबाइल नंबर का उपयोग करके अपने फॉर्म की स्थिति की प्रगति देख सकते हैं। ( Verification Time: After submitting the application form, it may take up to 3 working days to verify and accept your online form. You can check the progress of your form status using your mobile number provided in the application form on this website.)
फॉर्म स्वीकृति: यदि आपका फॉर्म स्वीकार कर लिया गया है, तो आपको अपने फॉर्म को प्रिंट करने का विकल्प मिलेगा। भर्ती रैली में फॉर्म की स्पष्ट प्रिंटआउट लाना अनिवार्य है। ( Form Acceptance: If your form is accepted, you'll get an option to print your form. It is mandatory to bring a clear printout of the form to the recruitment rally.)
फॉर्म अस्वीकृति: आवेदन पत्र में किसी भी गलती के मामले में, आपके फॉर्म को अस्वीकृति के कारण के साथ अस्वीकार कर दिया जाएगा। इसलिए कृपया इस वेबसाइट पर अपने फॉर्म की स्थिति की जाँच करते रहें। ( Form Rejection: In case of any mistake in the application form, your form will be rejected along with the reason for rejection. So please keep checking your form status on this website.)
पुनः आवेदन: यदि आपका फॉर्म अस्वीकृत हो जाता है, तो आप सही विवरण और दस्तावेजों के साथ एक नया फॉर्म भर सकते हैं। ( Reapplication: If your form is rejected, you can fill a new form with the correct details and documents.)
